The recognition of the human right to equality in marriage went through a more difficult process in Roman Christianity dominated Mexico. Since 5th August 2010 same-sex civil marriages have been legally performed and recognised by all 31 states.
On May 17th, 2016 Enrique Pena Nieto, the President of Mexico moved to legalise same-sex marriage by signing an initiative to amend article 4 of the Mexican Constitution. This process would legalise by Government Approval, same-sex marriage nationwide.
However, it should be noted that Mexico’s Supreme Court published an opinion in June 2015, called a ‘Jurisprudential Thesis’ ruling that… “Defining marriage as a union only between a man and a woman is discriminatory and in violation of Mexico’s Constitution.”
Same-sex couples can through courts get married anywhere in all 31 states of Mexico, even before it was legalised by government legislation.
Mexican Catholic Bishop’s true to the fixed dogma of Roman Christianity opposed the court’s decision and lost the fight. 80% of the population in Mexico are Catholics. And thus, many Catholics disagree with the Roman Christian Church’s rejection of same-sex marriage, and approve of the Court’s decision in June 2015. The Christians are not marching as a majority against ‘Same-sex marriage’. Around the globe Christianity is losing its grip, sliding into decline.
Our now serious concern is stopping anti-freedom apartheid Islam. But first to stop Islam, we must now ban all anti-freedom of speech legislation, which also includes outlawing ‘Blasphemy Law’ enforced by many Christian and Islamic Nations.

Since 2011 Public Opinion in the USA is over 50% nearing 60% in support of same-sex marriage.
In USA on June 26, 2015 the United States Supreme Court ruled that state-level bans on ‘Same-Sex Marriage’ are Unconstitutional. The court ruled that denial of marriage licenses to same-sex couples, violates the ‘Due Process’ and the ‘Equal Protection’ clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
As from July 9, 2015… married same-sex couples have the same equal access to all Federal Benefits as do opposite-sex couples, throughout the United States.
Uruguay… August 5, 2013
Main global opposition to ‘Same-sex Marriage’ is promoted by Christianity & Islam, both who in many Nations oppose ‘Freedom of Speech’ in agreement with anti-freedom Socialism, and who also demand the enforcement of ‘Blasphemy Law’ to oppress all criticism of their fixed dogma creeds that are incapable of dynamic change.
