This brief ‘Treatise’ is about American Law in the State of California, but this review is important to every Western Nation, because in the 21st Century, many decisions are being made in one Western Country, which does impact by influence, upon the thinking of other people in other Nations. We in the West are influencing each other in decision making laws. Question is… “Are our influential decisions correct or not?”

Certainly, 1920’s ‘Political Correctness’ anti-freedom of speech Socialist Mentality, founded in Europe, has done significant damage to the Western World in Education, Government and Law and Order Process.

‘Cosmicism’ stands for the eternal human right to 100% ‘Freedom of Speech’ & 100% ‘Freedom of Choice’ & 100% ‘Freedom of Equality’… and even though I am no longer a Christian with good reason, nevertheless, in the name of 100% ‘Freedom & Equality’ Christians have the right to read their Bible, just like Muslims have the right to read the Qur’an and Jews have the right to read the Torah. This eternal human right applies to all ‘Belief Systems’ Hindu, Buddhist, Mormon, Sikhs, Jains, Bahai Faith etc. No one has the right to censor or ban ‘Freedom of Speech’ including in books, statements and comments.

“Freedom of Speech” also gives people the right to criticise and reject any ideas, statements, doctrines and policies in any ‘Belief System’ be it Political, Religious or Philosophical.

The following story is pasted in full, lest the incident vanishes from the Internet records, as a very serious concern.

But the question is valid… “Is this proposed Bill 2943 focused on destroying “Freedom of Speech” and banning sales of the Bible? Or is this hysteria a classic example of overreactive fanatics void of ‘Emotional Intelligence’ becoming too obsessed with false knowledge claims and arguments?

As those who claim the bill will ban the Bible… say in their case statement… “think”.

And think… perhaps the issue is not about banning books and freedom of speech, but is about banning unethical business practice?

California Gov. Jerry Brown To Ban Sales Of The Bible

Sales of the Holy Bible and Biblical based teaching is set to be banned in California in the near future thanks to Governor Jerry Brown and the state assembly who have combined to force a bill through the state assembly that claims the Bible promotes hate speech against gays, lesbians and transgender people.

Assembly Bill 2943 will threaten the freedom of religion and First Amendment rights of Christians in California. Using the state’s “consumer fraud statute” to restrict religious freedom and free speech, the bill seeks to ban sales of the Bible because it includes verses that fall outside what Gov. Brown considers “acceptable teaching” on sexuality issues.

The controversial bill, which will also ban any form of speech or written material that promotes traditional Christian views on marriage and sexuality, has already made its way through the California state assembly after it was approved on the floor Thursday. The bill now goes to the state Senate for a vote.

Randy Thomasson with SaveCalifornia.com says the bill is extremely broad and will affect just about anything helping people seek religious guidance.

“This is very expansive, very tyrannical and absolutely squashing free speech, religious freedom and basic choice of people. This is an anti-freedom, anti-American bill,” Thomasson told CBN News.

Essentially, churches and Christian schools that share Biblical teaching on the subject will be open to lawsuits.

CBN News asked Thomasson if this bill will lead to a ban on Bibles or even books from other faiths like the Koran.

“Well, you could see this law going into effect. A church bookstore selling the Bible, of course, selling a book about marriage or sexual purity… You could see a member of the public or even a member of the state government coming and saying, ‘Hey, that’s illegal,’” Thomasson answered.

If AB 2943 clears California’s Senate and is signed into law, it will negatively impact Christian counselors, bookstores, church conferences, as well as medical and health professionals. The bill also seeks to ban Biblical based counseling for those seeking Christian guidance, as the traditional Christian counseling does not fit into Gov. Jerry Brown’s “contemporary scientific” view of the world.

Mat Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, told CBN News that what makes this bill especially dangerous is that California often leads the charge in pushing the LGBTQ legislative agenda. While some changes have been overdue and just, many others infringe on ordinary Americans’ constitutional rights.

“People have the right to seek the counsel of their choice, but this bill substitutes the government for personal choice. The implications are staggering, and the result is harmful,” Staver told CBN News.

It should be noted that the Bill 2943, does not specifically target banning sales of the Bible, Qur’an, Torah or any other religious book. What this whole drama is about is simply called “Interpretation” of Legislated Law. And that is the serious problem with all laws in every Nation. Legislated Laws are recorded too often in complex presentations, which creates loopholes and wide-open interpretation by Judges and Lawyers that inevitably inspires lawsuit conflicts, which too often can result in unjust decisions. Consequently, people can easily become victims of such unjust decisions.

The focus of this Bill 2943 is about Business Practice and unethical behaviour concerns.

Laws should not ever, in any form, ban “Freedom of Speech”, even when ideas tabled are clearly wrong. Likewise, “Freedom of Speech” gives people the right to reject and criticise ideas. It is this ‘Opinion Challenge Process’ that helps keep society healthy and alert by exchange of ideas and understanding. Thus, society evolves with the right balance in a “Freedom of Speech” State, even when society sometimes trips and falls, in its choices and decision-making process.

Laws, which are recorded in complex presentation that the average person struggles to interpret and understand without having to gain a law degree, is a ridiculous state-of-affairs. Laws should be recorded simply as a state of easy to understand commandments to guide society and should not be some overly complex presentation of language, which is beyond, average common people understanding.

Injustice occurs constantly because of excessive wordy documents passed forward into approved legislated law. The First Amendment is a classic example of a Commandment Law, which the average person understands. It is not complexly written and does not need interpretation. The First Amendment is a pragmatic common-sense ‘Cosmic Law’, which should be included in every Countries Constitution around the globe.

The entire excessively over complex Bill 2943, should be rescinded and replaced by a simple presentation of common-sense laws, which are laws of decency, founded upon reality-based ethics logic that simply protects the eternal human right to 100% ‘Freedom & Equality’ Values. Laws do not need to be complex documents. They should be simple easy to read documents, which the average common person can read and understand.

An adage claims that “There is no excuse for ignorance of the law.” And that adage is reasonably true, when referencing ‘Cosmic Law’ statements like the essential ‘Ten Commandments’ and the ‘First Amendment’. But it is not true when it relates to excessive volumes of complex legislation that reads too large in judicial interpretation, and becomes a disturbing burden, which weighs down the minds of people. Worse still… laws vary from State to State, Country to Country. Federal Laws, State Laws and even International Laws, are in conflict, with each other. This muddy confusion about what is right or wrong law, is strangling the wholesome wellbeing of the world and will in the end become the death of humankind, if we don’t clean up our act and simplify legislated laws. Legislated laws should not be excessively complex, they should be common-sense simple in presentation. And if Lawyers, Judges and Politicians cannot comprehend that important truth, then they are not that good in belief system thinking.

The opinions by different Psychological and Psychiatric Organisations and other Medical Groups are ‘Belief System’ concepts, regardless of whether those beliefs and interpretations, are valid or not, i.e. such ideas, should never be referenced or included in Bill Legislation. Such opinions, as included in reference in the creation of this bill, should be removed.

Belief System ideas, Scientific, Political, Religious, Psychological or Philosophical must never be included in Legislated Common-Sense Laws. Laws should simply stand upon the foundations of ‘Decency’ and ‘Reality Based Ethics’.

The very idea that politicians exist that want to Betray American ‘First Amendment Rights’ to 100% ‘Freedom of Speech’ is disgraceful, seditious and treasonous.

It is true ‘Satanic Verses’ do exist in the Bible against ‘Homosexuality’ and ‘Adultery’, but such different wording of ‘Satanic Verses’, also exist in the Qur’an and the Torah. Obviously, as I have published in the past, I am a critic of all ‘Satanic Verses’ in any book, deemed ‘Holy’ or not. But if we start banning books, by forced censorship, all we are going to do is bury wrong thinking underground. We need to keep bad thinking on the table for criticism, by every new generation, to discourage such wrong thinking being reinvented by some fool, in generations to come. Even the bad thinking in the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf, must not ever be censored or banned.

If we don’t have the power of ‘Freedom of Speech’ to criticise and reject, then we humans cannot stop ‘Dark History’ from repeating itself.
