Cosmic Law states… On Pensions

Thou shalt ensure that every human being has the right to receive the ‘Age Pension’ at the age of 65 years.
Thou shalt ensure that every human being genuinely in need of a ‘Disability Pension’ does receive the right income pension according to their needs.
Thou shalt remember that ‘Duty of Care’ is an essential human responsibility towards all genuine in need.
Thou shalt not pay welfare benefits to people capable of working, when job opportunities do exist.

Cosmic Law states… on Medicare, Hospitals, Bulk billing and Private Health Insurance.

Thou shalt not privatize ‘Medicare’.
Thou shalt ensure that all Hospitals have a 10% excess capacity in available beds to cover emergencies.
Thou shalt ensure that all Hospital Waiting Times are prompt in service.
Thou shalt ensure that all Hospital Car Parks are free admittance.
Thou shalt ensure that Private Hospitals are funded by Medannuation.
Thou shalt ensure that all Medical expenses are bulk billed.
Thou shalt accept that there is no place for Private Health Insurance in a truly honourable, caring humane thinking and good behaviour society.
Thou shalt recognise that Medannuation is the best choice for the wholesome well-being of the people.

Medicare/Health Care is a human right and belongs to the people not to governments, the governments duty is to care for the wholesome wellbeing of the people, to do less is a criminal action against the people.

Whether this is achieved or not is completely dependent upon the united courage and wisdom of politicians. Government and Opposition are responsible for duty care of citizens to ensure 100% Medical Cover is available to every person in their Nation, this is how they can easily do it. Medical System Funding is not that difficult.

Coronavirus hit society in 2020 head-on… sadly society was not prepared… the world should have listened to Allan Ivarsson Number One Cosmic Philosopher. I am Number One, because I am the only philosopher in the world that currently has ‘Philosophical Intelligence’ the most advanced intelligence in the world. But that will change when Universities wake up and start teaching my Consultant Cosmic Philosophy Guidelines that when lived will build a far better more wholesome, far wiser society, built upon the foundations of open mind wisdom and dynamic thinking void of fixed dogma. Until Degree Qualified people can do this they will never learn ‘Philosophical Intelligence’

Time to wake up world… you were caught with your pants down, by the Coronavirus because you did not install Medannuation.

With the right strategic funding we can as a global society in every Nation defeat any evolutionary infections that attacks us. Virus attacks are persistent and will attack every generation forever.

Even animals, non-human suffer disease attacks, our failing is that we don’t deal with those infections in the public light like we have with Coronavirus. Virus infections can be passed forward from animal to animal human and non-human.

My focus is to save billions of lives of future generations around the globe by using ‘Philosophical Intelligence’.

Population numbers shall increase on this planet and to survive we homo sapiens must change the way we think, there is no place for fixed dogma belief systems, their time is coming to an end.

Those students that read all my cumulative collective works and put pen to paper collecting the jigsaw pieces of insight, shall become the wiser, in the new coming better world.
