“I have the highest respect for the 70,000-year history of Aboriginal Culture.”

“Mr. Morrison said the flag would now be managed in the same manner as the Australian flag, where its use is free but must be presented in a respectful and dignified way.” (i)

Aboriginal Flag now use is free like Australian Flag.

Serve both flags with equal respect.

Allan Ivarsson comments… Problem is that flag burning and mistreatment of the Australian Flag is a common disrespectful event. Will the Aboriginal Flag be treated down-the-track with the same disrespect?

One significant thing I like about the ‘Aboriginal Culture History’, it was not constantly plagued by the bad behaviour of wars and cruelty that thrived around the globe on other continents decade after decade, century after century and millennium after millennium. That fact speaks well of true ‘Aboriginal Culture’.

And nakedness was not a sin. Dress protection was just a survival protection common-sense decision, including the need for cleanliness.

“The Aboriginal flag will be transferred to public hands for the first time, freeing its use for Indigenous community groups and sporting codes after the Australian government reached a historic deal with its creator to permanently acquire copyright more than 50 years after it was first flown.” (i)

“Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the finalisation of more than two years of delicate and sensitive negotiations between the Commonwealth and Mr. Thomas would free the Aboriginal flag for all Australians.” (i)

“The multi-million-dollar settlement includes a payment to Mr. Thomas for the copyright and extinguishes the existing licences.” (i)

“I hope that this arrangement provides comfort to all Aboriginal people and Australians to use the Flag, unaltered, proudly and without restriction,” Mr. Thomas said. “I am grateful that my art is appreciated by so many, and that it has come to represent something so powerful to so many.” (i)

“The Flag represents the timeless history of our land and our people’s time on it. It is an introspection and appreciation of who we are. It draws from the history of our ancestors, our land, and our identity and will honour these well into the future.” (i)

And I hope descendants of Aboriginal Ancestors, including those with white blood, do not allow the material world and technology society they now live in, misguide them to fail to live the ahimsa goodwill gesture history of their Aboriginal Ancestors.

“Under the negotiated agreement, Carrol and Richardson Flagworld will remain the exclusive licensed manufacturer and provider of Aboriginal flags and bunting to ensure the flags continue to be manufactured in Australia.” (i) [Good wise decision.]

“While the ongoing arrangement covers commercial production, Flagworld will not restrict individuals from making their own flag for personal use.” (i)

“Federal Minister for Indigenous Australians, Ken Wyatt, said securing the free use of the Aboriginal Flag was profoundly important for all Australians.” (i)

“Now that the Commonwealth holds the copyright, it belongs to everyone, and no one can take it away.” (i)

A.I. comments… Agreed.

A.I. comments… Even though the 70,000-year history of the ‘Original Native Aborigines’ never had a Flag, the Aboriginal Design Fifty Years Ago of an excellent Flag was an important step forward to help the Aboriginal Community gain Respect and Recognition by Society of every other Australian descendent of immigrant races in this great Island Land.

It is the right thing to do to give people freedom to use the Aboriginal flag design in much the same way as people freely use the Australian Flag Design.

“Mr. Thomas said the flag was a deeply personal piece of artwork that was never intended to be a political platform.” (i)

“In the future, the flag will remain, not as a symbol of struggle but as a symbol of pride and unity,” he said. (i)

One thing we must remember all Australians, which includes our good people Aborigine Community, must not allow two flags flying side by side to divide Australia. We are one Australian People and our International Flag is the Australian Flag. We fought under this flag in all past wars and used this flag to represent us as a Nation in Olympic Games and in all Political Representation on World Stage events and meetings.

The respect for the Aboriginal Flag must always be recognised as a support flag for One Australian Flag Nation. We must not ever allow two flags to divide our Nation. Such a significant mistake would not only destroy the freedom values of all Australians but it would also destroy the survival of the Aboriginal Community.

The economic strength and freedom values of our Nation can only survive well as one Nation under one Australian Flag. In much the same way as the Aboriginal Flag represents ‘Pride & Unity’ so too does the Australian Flag represents ‘Pride & Unity’ for all Australians including our good Aboriginal Community.

The Aboriginal Flag is an essential support flag of the historical Australian Flag a patriotic symbol representation of all Australians. ‘Lest We Forget’. We are one Nation and shall not be divided by the foolish that strive to divide our Great Nation.

Remember, anti-freedom Communist Beijing wants to conquer and invade Australia and our strength relies on all Australians, including the Aboriginal Community, to always with patriotic pride and unity stand united as one against the threatening tyranny of Authoritarian Communism.
