Allan Ivarsson comments… I agree with Pauline Hanson. This one ‘Voice in Parliament’ idea will Divide Australia and encourage future civil conflicts in Australia. Such conflicts could easily spark ‘Civil War’.
Aboriginal MP’s can currently have a voice of parliament, and this is a justice process through being voted in based upon attitude and performance. Equality for all, demands equality in democratic process. We have that equality already in society. We do not want division and conflict that we destroy Australian Justice Process.

Albanese is playing a chess game of ‘Cloak and Dagger’ to oppress the Australian people and strip down their equality rights and freedom privileges. Such a secret agenda mission reeks with ‘High Treason’ activity plans. If Albanese goes too far with wrong wording in the ‘Australian Constitution’, we Aussies may be forced to demand his arrest.
For this reason, it is imperative that all Australians vote “No” to any Referendum Change of our ‘Constitution’.
With secret objectives like this one planned by Albanese, how can we trust our shaky Prime Minister on any activity? Anthony Albanese thinking is unsteady and not reliable hence, we cannot trust this man to ever do the right thing by the Australian people.
Anthony Albanese is a Dunce. He will never get a Dux rating. He is all spin, no credibility.

A.I. comments… I am disappointed with Dutton. I thought he had more strength of character. It was obvious to me right from the beginning when Albanese refused to give us details of the planned change to the constitution that Albanese was planning a deceitful oppressive change to our constitution, and for that reason alone, I posted “No” upfront.
Dutton has indicated by his hesitancy to comment that he is playing a swinging game to win more votes. That cowardly behaviour by Dutton is not acceptable. In one decision by him, he lost my trust in his credibility.

“Independent MP Allegra Spender backed the Labor government’s approach after correspondence with them on Thursday, saying they’d outlined the parliament of the day would shape what form the voice takes.” (i)
“She said the briefing had made clear the voice would have some ‘particular qualities’ including not sitting as a third chamber of government, adding a referendum was about tweaking the constitution rather than voting for a law change.” (i)
A.I. comments… Tweaking? This word suggests making improvements, fine adjustments to the Constitution by improving it. I don’t have any confidence in Spender, she has suggested that she is not an intelligent common-sense leader when she recommends that the people blindly vote ‘yes’ for ‘Referendum Change’, not knowing the exact wording to be inserted in the Constitution.
“The constitution is about principles, and this is a question of changes to the constitution, this is not a question of changes to legislation,” she [Allegra Spender] told ABC Radio. (i)
A.I. comments… Yes, the Constitution is about principles. And it is not about legislation of law changes, that can be voted in and out by Parliament, without the approval of the people. However, the people can challenge legislated laws, demanding change to the laws or that they be rescinded.
Allegra Spender whitewashed the concern, by ignoring that the Australian Constitution is ‘Constitutional Law’. It is the basic rules for the government of Australia. The Constitution is the fundamental law of Australia binding everybody including the Commonwealth and the Parliament of each State.
The Constitution can only be altered by referendum vote of the people; it cannot be altered just by Parliament MP votes. The people must also vote by referendum approving changes to the Australian Constitution.
For that reason, it is not acceptable to demand that the people vote ‘Yes’ to a Constitution Change, and not be able to read the exact word changes planned in the Constitution. Signing a ‘Blank Cheque’ is an idiotic expectation, it is saying the people don’t have the intelligence to understand the detail wording planned for the change.
Spender said, “I support the government in where it is going, and I support that the parliament of the day will determine what that looks like.” (i)
A.I. comments… What Spender is really saying is, “I support blind voting by the people to simply say ‘Yes’ in Referendum to changes in the Constitution, even when the people don’t know the detail of the planned words and sentences to be pasted into the Constitution.”
Allegra Spender is clearly an incompetent thinking MP and cannot be trusted with doing the right thing by the people in government. She needs to be voted out. She clearly thinks the people are dummies that can be blindly guided as sheep.

A.I. comments… if this insidious blind change to the Constitution becomes law, we the people, the non-Aboriginal People will have to demand by force that we are also given a ‘Voice in Parliament’. In short, we may have to launch ‘Civil War’ to get equality justice. As it stands if a ‘Voice to Parliament’ changes our Constitution, without detail approval by the people, injustice and inequality will expand conflict in our once ‘Lucky Country’.

Labor minister Amanda Rishworth said to ABC Radio, “What we are putting forward is a very simple proposition in terms of constitutional change – do First Nations people deserve to have a voice in the issues that affect them?” (i)

Where do all these inferior thinking politicians come from? They have their University Degree Qualifications and call themselves intelligent, but they clearly do not have basic common-sense.
Intelligent people do not sign blank cheques. Albanese, Rishworth and Spender want the Australian People to blindly vote ‘Yes’ to a Referendum change, void of the knowledge of the planned detail change. These people obviously think Australians are blind sheep.
I will Vote “No” to referendum change for ‘Voice to Parliament’. I refuse to allow Albanese to play me like a puppet on a string.

Every person has the right to live free, in speech, choice and equality provided they do not abuse their ‘Freedom Privilege’ by denying others the same right to live free.
There is no place for any form of ‘Totalitarianism’ in a wholesome good decent society.
