A sad Ahimsa Academic Political Battleground with an unjust hypocritical law denying people the right to ‘Freedom of Speech’ using Anti-Freedom Ideology Bully Dictatorship.
Australian Author Allan Ivarsson writes once again standing strong in defence of people’s right to ‘Freedom of Speech’ when used correctly with ‘Philosophical Intelligence’ codes of honour values and respect for ‘Cosmic Law’ wisdom standards.
Not one religion in Australia has protested against Dictatorship 18C unjust law. Below is my original detailed post about this law underneath the below social media reaction slide about a Federal Courts Decision. It is not my right to challenge Federal Courts Decision to reject Pauline Hansons Appeal. Unfortunately, the current UNJUST 18C law is still legal law. But as an Australian Citizen and as a Philosopher, I do have a right to demand the abolition of this unjust 18C law. The IPA years ago has criticised this 18C wrong law. The IPA is the ‘Institute of Public Affairs’ founded in 1943 during World War II to defend the right of all ‘True Blue’ Australians to always live ‘Free in Speech and Democracy and Free Trade’. I do not recognise the disgraceful bully behaviour of Senator Maureen Faruqi using lawsuit tactics.
Cosmic Law on Lawsuits states… 1. Thou shalt not sue for reasons of defamation or greed. 2. Thou shalt not sue for reasons of ‘Hate Speech’. 3. Thou shalt not sue for reasons of ‘Discrimination’. 4. Thou shalt not sue for reasons to force ‘Policy Changes’ in ideas and process.

There are far too many vindictive and greedy focused lawsuits floating in societies around the planet. Far too many lawsuits are unjust and ordinary people who are not wealthy are easily hurt while the rich walk away not hurt by some financial loss. Is that justice?
Lawsuits often oppress ‘Freedom of Speech’ because the average person is not wealthy and cannot afford to fight a lawsuit. Hence, they are silenced by financial fear. Is that justice? No, it is not. Democracy gives people the right to vote. And thus, true democracy must also give people the right to 100% Freedom of Speech.
The only speech which must not be tolerated is “Death Threats” & “Coarse Language”. Hate Speech is a human right albeit that the excessive use of hate speech simply smashes the credibility of the speaker and thus they lose face.

8. Thou shalt remember that Freedom of Speech is a human right, to say how one feels, what thou believe and what ideas thou reject. Thou shalt respect such privilege by being respectful of opposing points of view without the use of coarse language or rude speech.

I published this treatise challenge of the 1975 Anti-Freedom of Speech act originally in 2016, then again in 2018, and again in 2020. Nothing has changed. Inferior thinking incompetent Politicians all parties, have not done anything to purge this unjust anti-freedom of speech, which is a ‘Blasphemy Law’ not a Discrimination Law. There has been times over the years where innocent people have been unjustly dragged into court to face and defend themselves against unjust allegations. Such scenarios of injustice are not acceptable behaviour by any such false wrong thinking legislated law. The hypocrisy of this law is that the Qur’an is riddled with ‘Hate Speech’ and instructions by 7th Century Muhammad, that is a law of behaviour of discrimination that all Muslims are demanded that they must obey. Justice? Where?

2. Thou shalt remember… Agree to disagree in peace.
3. Thou shalt not create laws that deny people the ahimsa right to openly criticise and reject any Belief System, any philosophy, and any idea, of any kind. The use of ‘Hate Speech’ is a human free speech right and shall not be censored but may be criticised and rejected as wrong thinking. Tabling the provable ‘Truth’ is not ‘Hate Speech’.
4. Thou shalt allow people the ahimsa right to verbal and written response to any ‘Freedom of Speech’ statement even when disagreement exists.
5. Thou shalt not be afraid to identify ‘Hate Speech’ and ‘Satanic Verses’ which includes all such texts in all so-called ‘Holy Books’ and in all Political and Philosophical records.
6. Thou shalt listen to speakers and give them respect for their right to speak freely, even if thou do not agree with what they are saying.
7. Thou shalt by courtesy, consideration and acts of common decency, not disrupt, abuse, heckle, taunt, mock speakers.
